Order Questions
To place an order:
1. Browse products and click "Add to Cart"
2. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
3. Enter your shipping and payment information
4. Review your order and click "Place Order"
You'll receive an order confirmation email with all details.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be changed. To modify or cancel:
1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
2. Find the order you want to change
3. Click "Modify Order" or "Cancel Order"

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to "My Orders"
3. Click "Track Order" next to your order
Tracking information is updated regularly as your package moves through our delivery network.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer three shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $9.99 (Free on orders over $50)
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $19.99
Next Day Shipping: Next business day - $29.99
Shipping times start from when your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:
Standard International: 10-20 business days
Express International: 5-10 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you're not available for delivery:
1. The delivery driver will leave a delivery attempt notice
2. You'll have 3 business days to pick up the package from your local post office
3. If unclaimed, the package will be returned to us
You can also provide delivery instructions during checkout, such as leaving the package in a safe place or with a neighbor.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags)
2. Original packaging must be included
3. Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., beauty products, undergarments).
To return an item:
1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the item you want to return
3. Choose a return reason and submit
4. Print the return label and attach it to your package
5. Drop off at any shipping location
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Store Credit: Immediate upon return approval
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
